ZH-500A全自动硬盒成型机是我公司最新研发的全自动智能成型机，专业从事批量生产各种硬盒或塑胶盒，如最好的首饰盒，饰品盒，礼品盒，手表 盒子，铅笔盒，糖果盒，纪念盒和化妆品盒等。
本机采用PLC及人机控制，故障自动停机显示，采用气缸和双伺服及步进控制，各部件采用国际高端品牌，故障率低，精度高，全自动化程序，本机 无需更换压板，折刀，只需输入箱体尺寸大小，机器会自动调整大小，节省更换不同尺寸的时间，自动包装盒，折角边和包装盒，它有体积小，操作简单，速度快，尺寸更简单等特点。
WM-500A Automatic Rigid Box Forming Machine is our company's latest research and development of full automatic intelligence box molding machines.it’s specialized in mass producing all kinds of rigid boxes or plastic boxes, such as finest jewelry boxes, ornaments boxes, gift boxes, watch boxes, pencil boxes, candy boxes, souvenir boxes, and cosmetic boxes, etc.
This machine adopts PLC and man-machine control, error auto stop and display,it use air cylinder and double servo and stepper control ,all the parts adopt international high-end brands,low failure rate,high precision,fully automated process,this machine no need change the pressure board,folding knife,just input the dimensions size of box,the machine will adjust the size automatically,save the time of change the different size ,it automatically wrap box, fold corner edges and wrapping box, it has small volume,easy to operate ,fast speed,change size more simple ect.
